Healthy + Tasty Pancake Recipe

Pancakes, nothing finer on a Sunday morning with a rainy scene, a warm house and a Netflix series to binge f​rom episode 1 all the way till the final credits of the last season. My heart fills of pure joy at that thought💜😍

Of course, I'm not the first person to invent a pancake recipe. And there are already some easy recipes to follow. However what makes mine simple.... IT USES MINIMAL INGREDIENTS AND IS HEALTHY!😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱 (unsurprisingly really😏).

I'm not going to waffle on (because we are making pancakes😉😂) about why they're good for you and over do it on the nutritional info because let's gets some pancakes oooonn.......🍳🍳🍳🍳🍳🍳🍳🍳

Ingredients

1 banana 🍌

(because no Simply Martha Recipe is complete without one!)

2 Eggs

2 tbsp of oats

1 tsp cinnamon

*1 scoop of vanilla protein powder*

Method

1- Mash Banana

2- Crack 2 eggs and whisk until combined

3- Add the oats, sprinkle the cinnamon

4- MIX

*5- Add the protein powder*

6- Is it looking like a big gloopy mess? PERFECT! lets get them like pancakes.

7- heat a frying pan (high heat!) with a tsp of coconut oil

8- pour the mixture into the centre of pan (hottest part) and make into a pancake shape

(this can either be think and small or thin and large!)

9- let the pancake 'bubble' a little- this means its ready to be flipped

10- FLIP THAT BABY!!

11- repeat this with the rest of the mixture

12- YOURE DONE WITH SOME BEAUTIFUL PANCAKE TOWER OF HAPPINESS AND HEALTH💛🌟

*this can be skipped*

Now for the tricky part..... TOPPING TIME!!!!
