being completely honest, Universities (or at least mine) suck at looking after students mental wellbeing. 1 in 6 university students will experience some type of mental health experience. Suicide rates have DOUBLE in the last few years. Why is mental health services still not coping with the amount of students that need it. 26% of students use a counselling service or are on a waiting list. budget cuts towards the services. THIS IS A HUGE ISSUE. i'M NOT SAYING EVERY UNIVERSITY HAS BAD SERVICES!!! however, from just a small amount of research I found a LOT of issues that could be done around this area.

Hello guys, I wanted to make and share this video of what being a healthy student means to me. I make time of exercise because I enjoy it and it benefits my life in so many ways. Even being a full time university student I managed to find the time. NHS recommends a minimum if 75 minutes of vigorous activity a week. As you have seen, I SMASHED THAT! Whether it just be a cycle commute or a dip in the pool, you can find the time to exercise. This is my happy and healthy life.
